Download the FitSense app from your app store, select "Join A Club," and enter club code 25948. You’ll see all available membership options and can join Crawford Fitness right from the app.

The best way is to fill out this contact box. Alternatively you can contact us via social media direct message or call us on 02871279657. Our phone lines are only manned during the hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, and Saturday 9am - 12pm. We monitor answerphone messages regularly outside of these hours so if you call outside of monitored hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. There is also certain times where we are working with clients/members during monitored hours where we may not be able to answer a call, so please leave us a message and we will call you back, or we will try to return the call as soon as we can.

Crawford Fitness is open 24/7. You can train at any time—just scan your QR code for access. The lights are sensor-activated, so they’ll automatically turn on as you move through the gym.

Use the FitSense app to generate a one-time QR code by selecting "Check-In" on the home screen. Scan this code at the gym’s front door for instant access.

The most common issue is a time mismatch between your phone and our system. Go to your phone settings and set "Date & Time" to Automatic. If that doesn’t work, call us at 02871279657 and we’ll sort it out for you.

Our memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment. Just give us 30 days’ notice if you want to cancel, and you can rejoin at any time if your plans change.

You need to be at least 16 years old to sign up and use Crawford Fitness facilities.

Our monthly direct debit memberships run on a rolling month to month basis and can be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days notice. If you need to cancel for any reason please just contact us using this link or use the ‘Contact Club’ option on FitSense and select ‘Membership Cancellation Request’ from the drop down menu and we’ll happily get everything sorted for you on our end.

Yes, you can freeze your membership for any period between 1 month and 1 year. Whether you're traveling for work, going on holiday, or just too busy, we’ve made it easy for you to pause your membership. All we need is at least 30 days’ notice, as freezes begin on the 1st of a month and end on the last day of a month. Once your freeze period ends, your payments will automatically resume, so there’s no need to rejoin the gym—your access will be restored seamlessly. To request a freeze, simply contact us or use the ‘Contact Club’ option on FitSense and select ‘Membership Freeze Request’ from the drop down menu,
